At 3C we really appreciate our customers and want you to be happy with your purchase. We know the power of a good word and great customer service.
Within 30 days of the initial date of your purchase you can return your item for any reason, and we will offer to correct what's wrong or give you a full refund. The product must be in the same condition that you received the product in, unwashed, and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, we will inspect the return and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. Credit card payments may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If for any reason you feel this is unfair, maybe you were kidnapped by aliens for longer than 30 days or went on a secret diplomatic mission immediately after ordering, you may contact us, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to alleviate your concerns. We wouldn't want to be known as alien abductee or secret agent discriminatory.
