3C brings value to our community by hiring people with barriers to employment.

We are carving out a company from the ground up that employs marginalized community members such as those with cognitive impairments, senior citizens, the houseless, and other rehabilitated people who remain unemployed.

We are working to pay them a living wage, not just minimum wage, but a real living wage. We are building to provide them security, flexibility, and patience. We are creating relevant, transferrable careers.

We are leading the way to show other businesses that room can, and will, be made, and we want to see these beautiful people leave our company for a better company. We want to see them thrive and be joyful.
